As a member of the Kugoni Trio, the Malibran Quartet, the Duo Andaluza and the Argenta Trio, Nicolas Dupont has performed in major European venues such as the Palais des Beaux-Arts and Flagey (Brussels), Wigmore Hall, St Martin-in-the Fields (London)… He also took part in festivals such as Musica Mundi (BE), Encuentro de Musica de Santander (SP), Pablo Casals Festival (FR), and Buma Classical (NL), Hellensmusic (UK), performing with Yuzuko Horigome, Máté Szűcs, Mihaela Martin, Lucas Blondeel, Pascal Moragues, Severin Von Eckardstein, Rohan De Silva, Michel Arrignon, Michel Béroff and Valentin Erben.

Nicolas Dupont has commissioned and premiered over thirty pieces and has been broadcasted by Belgian, British, Italian, Swiss and Dutch radio and television. His discography includes the CD’s ‘Mockingbird’ (2015), ‘Fingerprints 2’ (2016),‘Timelapse’ (2016) and a CD dedicated to the music of Leoš Janáček (2018).

Nicolas Dupont’s teachers have included Dejan Mijajev, Yuzuko Horigome (Royal Conservatory of Brussels), Itamar Golan (chamber music, CNSM of Paris) and Rodney Friend (Royal Academy of Music, London).

Nicolas is a violin teacher at King’s College London.
